TERMS
Strictly net payment in advance via PayPal.  By making a purchase via our web site, you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

PRICES
Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling at date of despatch and the right is reserved to amend these without notice if necessary. All prices are in £ sterling.

VALUE ADDED TAX
Prices do not include Value Added Tax, which will be shown on the invoice as a separate charge at the rate specified by Government regulations at the tax point date.

DELIVERY
Carriage and packing is at cost, to destinations in the UK and Northern Ireland, except when other arrangements have been agreed. Pimpin Gear do NOT currently deliver outside the UK.  Overseas customers contact us directly if you are interested in overseas delivery options. Our normal method of despatch is by post / road. Despatch by other methods will be subject to an extra charge.

DELIVERY PROMISES
These are given in good faith and will be adhered to, as far as possible, but no liability will be accepted for subsequent unforeseen delays. Goods offered ex-stock are subject to their being unsold on receipt of confirmation of order.

COLLECTION
Customers may collect their orders from our shop in Sailsbury by previous arrangement. Details on request.

EXAMINATIONS OF GOODS
In the event of any discrepancy or damage in transit it is essential to sign Carriers Delivery Note "contents unexamined, case damaged" and to examine the goods in question at once, advising the carriers and ourselves of shortage within 3 working days from proof of delivery.

NON-DELIVERY OF GOODS
Customers are responsible for advising us as well as the carriers of the non-delivery of goods within 20 days of Invoice, failing which no claims for shortage can be entertained.

RETURN OF GOODS
Returns can only be allowed on normal stock lines with a Returns Merchandise Authority number (RMA). To obtain this you must first contact us quoting your ordered item(s) and reason for return. All returns must be carriage paid. A handling charge of not less than 25% of the goods value will be payable for non-faulty goods within warranty, as well as incorrectly ordered products or goods returned outside the scope of warranty where a credit has been requested. Credit is at our discretion and will not be given for damaged, used or out of warranty items. We reserve the right to charge for the return to the customer of such units.

LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE GOODS
In the event of any article supplied proving defective in material or workmanship within 12 months of the date of purchase, we undertake to replace or repair (at our discretion) the article free of charge, which shall be the limit of our responsibility. We do not accept liability for any costs, direct or indirect arising from such defective goods.

APPLICATION
Other than defective goods, no liability is accepted for subsequent application of goods supplied.

SPECIFICATION
In accordance with our policy of constant improvement and / or compliance with regulations we reserve the right to modify or amend without notice the specification of any of our products.

RESERVATION OF TITLE
The title to goods supplied shall not pass to a customer until payment of full product-price has been made. In the event of non-payment we shall be entitled, without the consent of any judgement, to repossess or trace the goods OR the proceeds of sale, from the customer, liquidator or receiver.
